Green Means Smart
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, carbon dioxide emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

LEED is flexible enough to apply to all building types, commercial as well as residential. It works throughout the building life cycle, including design, construction, operations, and maintenance. LEED for Neighborhood Development extends the benefits of LEED beyond the building footprint and into the neighborhood it serves.

The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. The 'LEED for Homes Logo' is a registered trademark owned by the U.S. Green Building Council and is used by permission. The logo signifies only that RHK Builders is actively participating in the USGBC LEED for Homes Program; USGBC does not guarantee the products or services offered by its participants.

The LEED for Homes Green Building Rating System is a consensus-based tool developed by the U.S. Green Building Council to assess and validate the 'greenness' of homes.

The 'USGBC Member Logo' is a trademark owned by the U.S. Green Building Council and is used by permission. The logo signifies only that RHK Builders is a USGBC member; USGBC does not review, certify, or endorse the products or services offered by its members. RHK Builders is an Energy Star Partner.
